We are looking to expand our team!

Cicero Transact is seeking motivated, dynamic, high-energy professionals to join our Platform Engagement Team focused on the success of our partners and members. The Platform Administrator role is a full-time position that requires 40+ flexible hours per week to accommodate our worldwide membership (remote work will be considered). Essential to this position are operational, website management, and account management skills to support our all the partners and members on our platform. In this role, you will manage our online platform, support team members to onboard and manage all member accounts, and provide the necessary support to be successful on the platform. If you are a hard working, team player who is capable of multitasking without the need for constant supervision – we want to meet you! 

Your daily work will include acting as the primary point of contact for our network of members. You’ll be responsible for setting them up on the platform and educating them on best practices to ensure their effective use of our platform on a day-to-day basis. With the ability to successfully promote our platform

Responsibilities

  • Clear communication with team and shared commitment to operational objectives

 

  • Guide our internal team and membership to be successful on our platform using best practices

 

  • Respond to functional as well as technical questions about platform functionality
  • Review requests for help and respond with prompt attention to provide exceptional support
  • Keep all digital documents (news
  • , company profiles, newsletters) up to date on our website
  • Manage our website updates, including uploading press releases, news, featured deals, and hottest opportunities, etc.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of prior client-facing experience in account or client management, sales, technical sales, financial product sales, or business development
  • Ability to communicate effectively with our internal team, our membership, and Management
  • Strong technology aptitude and willingness to learn new software
  • Hands-on problem solving with the ability to formulate suggestions and offer solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree is required or 4+ years proven record of success in similar role

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience managing content and posting to website through CMS
  • Experience with joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, private equity, cryptocurrencies

Salary

  • $28,000 to $30,000 based on experience, plus a generous commission structure

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree is required or 4+ years proven record of success in similar role
