We are a Buy & Build Acquisitions Group and not Venture Capitalists or a Private Equity Firm.

CorpAcq was formed in 2006 and is now one of the fastest growing businesses in the UK. We currently hold in excess of 20 different businesses within the group, which produces a combined turnover of over £200m.

We are a long-term investor in successful businesses. We have a proven operational management team and a track record of consistent profitability, demonstrated over a number of years.

Corporate Acquisitions

We acquire and develop selected businesses where it has been identified that management have both the drive and determination to grow and take the business forward.

We plan to expand our existing portfolio through further acquisitions and we are also keen to diversify and venture into new industries that meet our Acquisition Criteria.
