Cicero Media Group is seeking motivated, dynamic, high-energy professionals to join our Media Engagement Team focused on the success of our partners and members. The Digital Marketing role is a full-time position that requires 40+ flexible hours per week to accommodate our worldwide clients (remote work will be considered). Job Description

  • Plan, manage and execute digital media campaigns, which may include bought and owned strategy development, account setup, organization, and management; including but not limited to the management of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Google Ads; responsible for all outcomes with minimal to no supervision necessary.
  • Management of Cicero Media Group owned media channels, including updated content on the Cicero Media Group website, community management and organic posting on social media channels, as well as optimizing all owned media channels to work in tandem with paid media channels.
  • Manage our marketing automation by creating new email campaigns, managing contact lists, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting on digital marketing campaign results including data analysis on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, in addition daily management of campaign budgets, on-site conversion actions and bid management.
  • Consistently test and learn about new social platforms and best practices; make strategic recommendations for new approaches, channels and campaigns that help drive our business goals.
  • Daily communication with Marketing leads on digital marketing initatives, including best practices and assisting with presentation decks and strategy plans, in conjunction with other channels and team members.
  • Maintain accurate project plans to update Marketing team on status of campaigns including ensuring deliverables are met on time and on budget.
  • Effectively prioritize efforts based on agency marketing goals and objectives in collaboration with the larger team.
  • Understand Cicero Media Group’s brand, vision, values and structure and how they relate to project goals and work collaboratively with others to achieve results. 
  • In collaboration with the larger marketing team, build trust and maintain relationships with clients, media partners and partner agencies.
  • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity, and the ability to work autonomously while simultaneously collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Work collaboratively to execute strategic plans and provide best-in-class marketing solutions.
  • Liaise with internal Cicero Media Group subject matter experts to ensure we plan and execute our digital marketing campaigns using iProspect’s own best practices at all times.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in digital marketing, including social media community management or paid social; experience in paid search or SEO is a plus
  • Demonstrated decision making and independent judgment
  • Aptitude in data analysis and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Basic understanding of integrated digital performance marketing services such as Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Management and Display Marketing
  • Ability to learn content management systems for website maintenance and marketing automation systems for email campaign management
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Programs, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Ability to work autonomously with high levels of integrity and self-motivation
  • Excels in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Comfortable working independently as well as within a small team
  • Growth mindset, self-starter with desire to learn and contribute to driving change and results
